I have a HP Envy that audi with Windows 8. I have Beats audio that came with my PC. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Wineows driver at least 10 times aindows no improvement in my dfiver. There are no disabled or disconnected devices shown. Headphone jack works fine. How do I driber from the generic driver to my Realtek driver? Please any help would be much appreciated.
